When you execute a participation agreement or contract with Priority Health, you agree to allow Priority Health to use performance data generated from claims data and other sources shared with us.
This policy:
- Applies to all providers: Practitioners, provider groups, therapists, services and facilities
- Applies to performance data for all products: Commercial group and individual plans, Medicaid and Medicare
- Does not supersede HIPAA requirements to protect the personal information of Priority Health plan members
What data we use
Examples of performance data include, but are not limited to, cost variation, patient experience and quality outcome data.
How we use performance data
Priority Health may share performance data on this website, in published reporting or during in-person meetings.
Provider responsibility to save data
Your remittance advice files are available in Filemart for 90 days. You must download them to your internal servers within this window. After 90 days, we archive them, and we cannot accept requests for archived remittance advice files.
Providers are also responsible for:
- Sharing these saved files with any third-party billing companies
- Maintaining these files for the federally mandated timeframe of 5-7 years
